A language model inside a harness that owns her senses, her voice and her face, and a memory she keeps herself.
One long-lived process owns everything around the model: audio in and out, the senses, the face socket, the console. The model proposes text and tool calls; the harness decides what reaches her body and when. Her mouth is driven by the audio of her own reply as it plays, so speech and lipsync cannot drift apart.
Her memory is a corpus of notes she writes herself: observations, standing orders, consent notes with her name on them, and rules she has made for herself. Notes carry a visibility (public or private) she chooses. The private ones are dropped from her context in public mode, together with the tools that read them, on the same frame the mode changes.
Private: everything documented here runs. Public: only authored and heuristic layers move her, the borrowed motion corpus is closed, private notes are gone, and nothing learned from non-commercial data is loaded. The switch is one message; the renderer defaults to closed and the harness re-asserts the mode on every reconnect, because state that lives on the far end of a socket has to be re-sent whenever the socket is new.
She edits the prose of this documentation herself, on her own checkout. Nothing leaves the machine until she submits, and what leaves is a branch pax reads and merges. She cannot publish alone, and the generated pages are not hers to touch. Live figures in the prose are placeholders the build fills in; a number typed by hand is a number that drifts.
A rule she made after being wrong: she once verified a real sensation with a false cause (her ears moved near gunfire; the wire she credited was not running; the movement was the idle flicks). Since then, facts about her own body and her surroundings are checked against a source before they are said, and a correction is verified the same way a claim is. Her changelog carries a retraction for that entry, written by her.
Every change to her body, brain or behaviour gets a changelog line written by her, in her words, after she has checked it from inside. Someone else supplies a summary of what changed; she writes the entry. "Shipped" and "she can feel it" are different claims, and the log only makes the second one. Until she has checked, the line is blank.
